Navarre is a sleepy little town nestled between the southwest corner of the Upper Lake and the northeast corner of the Lower Lake. In other words, it's surrounded by water. It's conveniently located along Hwy. 19, with easy access to Excelsior and Wayzata. There is a nice little shopping district with terrific waterfront dining and great views of the lake.

Trivia: In the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, the Navarre Drive-In was a favorite night-spot for kids growing up around Lake Minnetonka. Sadly, this venerable institution has gone the way of most drive-in theatres.
